This past Saturday, April 25th, was the Illowa Psychology Conference, hosted here at Monmouth College. Started in 1973, when Western Illinois University, Monmouth College, and Knox College came together to provide an experience for their students to share their research and endeavors with other students from around the region. This year, there were sessions showcasing research from Eureka College, Knox College, McKendree University, Monmouth College, and Western Illinois University. These presentations had a wide range of topics from On-Campus engagement, AI and its use in the psychology field, and Sports betting and its effects of student athlete populations.
