I am The Courier’s Editor in Chief and am a senior political science major and history minor. On campus, I am also involved in Stockdale Fellows and am President of College Republicans. I am from Mendon, Illinois, a town of only 900 people. Here are twenty-one fun facts to get to know me:
My favorite food consists of literally anything you can eat for breakfast.
I have a guinea pig named Newton and he is cooler than you.
Except for in extenuating circumstances, I can’t sleep any later than 8:00 AM.
The only thing in the world that I’m allergic to is the chicken pox vaccine.
I drink an absolutely insane amount of coffee. Probably not healthy but… Oh well.
I worked in a bakery in high school and ate so many leftover doughnuts.
My favorite TV shows is definitely The Great British Baking Show.
For my sixteenth birthday, I didn’t get a car; I got two kittens.
I’m scared to death of butterflies and all bugs in general.
My favorite movie in the whole world is Jurassic Park.
I have every news app that you can imagine. I get each breaking news alert 10+ times.
I worked at the White House.
In high school, I played softball – second baseman at your service.
