This passage is calling attention to an educator that continuously puts the interests and development of his students above everything else.
Stephen Jackson is a jack-of-all-trades that is able to balance a plethora of classes, lessons, and performances while still being a loving father.
He’s a creator of his own pieces, performer of the arts, and educator of hundreds of students on a weekly basis.
I was able to be one of those hundreds of students during this fall semester.
Looking for classes to fill my schedule for my final semester, I reached out to friends for recommendations on what to take. The first thing that came out of their mouths were “Take Professor Jackson’s music class, it’s fun and he’s a great teacher that makes his classes enjoyable.”
I immediately got an understanding of what my friends were talking about. The first day of class, Professor Jackson brought in his mobile keyboard and put on a show for the entire class. He was able to give us specific examples and made, what seemed to be a boring basic subject, fun and interactive.
Stephen Jackson takes on a large variety of classes that range from personal one-on-one lessons to teaching at the Hill Correctional Center.
Stephen Jackson is an educator at heart and does all he can to spread his love for music.
