Monmouth College recently hosted its annual Impact Life Blood Drive..
"My family has a long history of blood donation. My mom and grandparents have all been frequent donors for a long time. I donate to keep that tradition going," sophomore Kelsey Moersfelder said.
The Impact Life blood drive, organized as a competition with Knox college, supports local hospitals and medical facilities, aiding patients in critical need.
“Knox had 38 participants. Our final number was 48 units and three double units. 58 people showed up to donate, and we beat Knox. They had 38 units,” said Elizabeth Smith, Associate Director of Career Development and Experiential Learning.
