Perhaps one of the most exciting Fighting Scot moments of the 2019 fall season was when the women's soccer team defeated conference rival Knox College in the MWC post season tournament. Similar to Fighting Scot football, many Scots miss the excitement, satisfaction, and success that Monmouth College Athletics brings to all realms of competition.
This week seven years ago, the woman's soccer team dominated Iowa Wesleyan beating them 13-0. At this time in program history, the Scots set an all-time scoring record. Lauren Kellen '15 individually drove in three goals for the Scots. Along with the three goals, all three goals were scored in a 10-minute time span. On the day, the Scots torched the opposing goal keeper with a total of 52 shots at the end of regulation.
