As a new fall season dawns upon athletics at Monmouth College, two more teams look to make major gains this campaign.
Women’s Tennis
Although only having gotten one win this season versus the Ripon College Redhawks, the Fighting Scot women’s tennis team has one major star to boast: Ivana Stefanova, who remains undefeated at the #1 singles slot.
Stefanova and the Scots will face Grinnell College at home on Saturday Oct. 10th with first serve at 9 a.m.
Men’s/Women’s Golf
Both Fighting Scot golf teams began their season with 6th place finishes at their home-opening Fighting Scot Invitational on September 12 and 13. The men will travel to Benedictine University for a dual meet this weekend. The women will prepare directly for the SLIAC championship meet from October 4-6.
