This week’s Athlete of the Week is senior soccer player Jordyn Gosell. A native of Antioch, Illinois, Gosell has a record of four goals and has a grand total of 580 minutes played so far this season and has been playing for the Scots since her freshman year. Most recently at the Scot’s away game versus Simpson College, Gosell led the team with shots on goal with a total of three. “She’s been our most productive player, leading the team in goals,” said Head Coach Lucas Henderson, “but she’s also been a great leader in navigating the challenges of our early season.” Gosell can next be seen in action on October 9 at Ripon College as the team moves through their conference season.
